has been ranked as hottest business destination in the country leaving behind

(Global Initiative for Restructuring Environment and Management) and DTZ
concluded that qualities such as good talent pool, good education system and
office space availability makes the city winner. The tech city offers best
location for businesses to invest capital in the city.
Formerly known as green city, the
Bangalore city has highest footfall of business travelers in the country. The
city has emerged as flourished destination for IT, BPO, KPO and automobile
Industries. The city has assumed apex position amongst top 21 business
destinations in the country on basis of infrastructure, human capital city culture
and basic quality of living. Both the type of research methodologies were used
in conducting the study and figures were collected by both primary and
secondary means.
The parameters include human
capital, energy, transport, water, environment, health and safety, housing,
healthcare, office spaces, climate, malls and multiplexes, infrastructure and
many others. The city left behind many renowned cities to win the title. The
study said that it has ability to attract talent and gives 129.56 out of 160 to
the city. The city also has most resilient real estate market in comparison of
Delhi and Mumbai that is attracting large realty players to the city. The Bangalore
city proves itself as most competitive and compatible contender for business
investments. The upcoming projects like Express Rail Link, Namma Metro Project
and Biotechnology Park makes the city best investment horizon for prospective
investors.
